- Stage deck is constructed of aluminum outer frame alloy 6061 T-6 welded assembly at a finished size 96” x 48” x 3.1” thick.
- Extrusion features a recessed 1” groove for Velcro hook running the outer perimeter of deck which protects the Velcro during transit.
- Frame uses welded construction with multiple secondary beams to transfer user loads to the supported corners.
- Beam is aluminum 6061-T6 alloy custom profile walls and profile is engineered for maximum loading with minimal carry weight.
- Deck top is constructed of standard 18mm G2S fir plywood surfaced both sides with impregnated phenolic hot press textured film. Laminate on the top surface has an ‘anti-slip’ feature (Hexigrip) black to withstand wear & tear of indoor & outdoor event use.
- Decks have a ‘dual function’ corner which allows decks to be received on locator plates of Fast-fold frames and also accept single legs. Unique corner leghold clamp is engineered to double the torque gripping capacity while remaining concealed internal to the frame of the deck.
- Deck outer extrusion will contain a “T” slot for accessory features such as stairs rails kick rails and fascia panels.
- Special corner positioned within the outer perimeter extrusion must accept leg pipe or tube sizes with an outside diameter range of 1.9” to 2.0″ round leg.
- Preferred Seating Decks are tested to meet and exceed industry standards of 125 psf.

Preferred Seating stages are engineered and laboratory tested to breaking strength. All components meet and exceed building code and OSHA code requirements for all of North America and Europe. Our factory has a three stage quality control process certifying materials on arrival during manufacture and sample load testing daily during production.
